House Update #4: Almost Done!

It's been about a month since the last house update, but a lot has happened in the last month (despite the holidays). It's looking like we'll close the first week or so of March, so we're really just putting the finishing touches on at this point.

We have landscaping! The exterior is nearly complete. Just some rod-iron gates and the fence.

The family room looking into the eating area/kitchen. The fireplace surround is shiplap, but will be painted white (we kind of like the natural wood look!)

Closer up of kitchen/dining. The house has one eating area (not a separate formal dining). This is one of our favorite features.

The t-shaped island with room for 5 chairs. Perfect!

The staircase...I see lots of future prom pics here!
